.36 caliber, 6 1/2″ barrel, blue and casehardened finish, fluted cylinder, and one piece varnished walnut grip. The barrel retains considerable original high polish blue with the remainder turning a smooth please gray/brown. The cylinder has generous amounts of blue with four of the six cylinder pins intact. Good strong casehardened finish remaining on the frame, hammer, and loading lever. The grips have good varnish with some handling marks and dings. The backstrap is inscribed “SGT. F.H. WILSON” I have not been able to find any information regarding him but further research may reveal some information.
