Full stocks with Twigg style basket weave checkering. Wooden ramrods with brass tips. In very fine condition showing much brown on the barrels. The locks showing mottled and darkening casehardened finish. The engraved triggerguards have blue mixing with a pleasing plum patina. Lovely wood and checkering. Mechanically excellent. The interior lock work is of the very best quality. A very pleasing pair of early pre 1800 dueling pistols by the best maker.
