.45-70 Gvmt caliber,  32 5/8″  barrel.   Finished blue with casehardened breechblock and full length walnut stock.  The barrel, mounts,  and lock retains most of the original blue.  Excellent wood with U.S. inspector’s cartouche dated “1880”.  Excellent bore and correct rear sight.
