All items are described as accurately as possible in regards to authenticity, condition of finish and desirability. Please include $50.00 per item for long-guns and $30.00 per handgun. This will include shipping and handling. West of the Mississippi please add $20.00 to these charges. All items are shipped FedEx insured. Three day inspection upon receipt of the merchandise. Account credit only on returned items that exceed the three day time limit. Lay-Away items that exceed the agreed time period will be eligible for store credit only. Deposits on Lay-Away items that exceed 90 days of the agreed time period will be forfeit. All refunds will be processed within thirty days commencing upon receipt of the returned item. Items purchased with American Express and returned are subject to a 4% service charge. A 3% charge will be added for all charges in excess of $2000. All returned items must be received in unaltered / undamaged condition. We require notification by telephone or email of any item being returned, and must occur within the three day time limit. All funds must be received within five days unless prior arrangement’s have been made. INTERNATIONAL SALES & SHIPPING. We do not guarantee delivery of items beyond the borders of the U.S. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure that the item may be imported. The only exception is by prior agreement of both parties.

FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE: All Federal and State firearms laws will be strictly observed, no exceptions. All firearms manufactured after 1898 require a SIGNED federal firearms license and must be shipped to the address as it appears on the license. States that have regulations or requirements that exceed the Federal provisions, including certain antique and curio & relic items, must comply with those laws as set forth by their state of residence. Full compliance is mandatory. Your local Federal Firearms licensed dealer can provide you with information regarding your purchase of a firearm, and in most cases assist you by sending a copy of his signed license to us.
