9mm, 5″ barrel, finished blue overall with black composite grips.  Marked  “P-38  byf 44” on the left side of the slide with the “W A 135” located on the frame in front of the triggerguard.  The right side marked with the correct “W A 135” under the eagle.  All matching numbers.  The magazine is marked “W A 135” on the spine.   Retaining 95% plus original finish, excellent stampings, excellent bore, and mechanically perfect.
