.65 caliber, 30″ full octagon swamped barrel with fine blade front sight and folding leaf rear. A flip up brass tang mounted peep sight is present and is both windage and elevation adjustable. Back action percussion lock with dolphin hammer with rotating block safety, fully engraved with maker’s name. A silver maker’s mark is on the top barrel flat (N). The triggerguard and mounts are engraved. Full length walnut stock checkered on the forend and wrist. In addition it is relief carved behind the cheekpiece. Sling swivels and original brass tipped ramrod, and wooden sliding patchbox. In lovely condition showing use but nicely cared for with bright bore and free of damage. Mechanically excellent.
