8×57 mm caliber, mauser 98 bolt action, 29″ barrel finished blue.  Receiver ring bear the Crest of Persia.  Bolt polished bright with varnished stock and handguard.   All number are matching (in Farsi).   Mint bore.  Appears unissued with only a few minor handling marks in the wood
