7.62×38 mm, 4.5″ barrel, Tula mfg. and dated “1928”.  Finished blue with checkered walnut grip.  Retaining considerable original blue finish with very crisp stampings.  Nice bright bore.  Excellent grips and mechanically perfect   Difficult to find in this condition.
