.58 caliber, 33″ rifled barrel finished blue.  Brass mounts and casehardened lock and hammer.  Full length walnut stock. Both lock and barrel are dated “1863”.   The barrel showing 98%  plus original blue with perfect stampings.  The lock has very crisp markings with subdued case colors.  Beautiful wood with only the slightest of handling marks and perfect cartouches.  Mint bore.  Appears unissued/unfired.
