.280 Ross caliber, straight pull action with five shot magazine and floorplate.  Folding blade rear sight and partridge type front.  Checkered pistol grip walnut stock ending with a checkered steel buttplate.   In superb original condition with the barrel and receiver retaining 98% plus original blue.  The floorplate showing some thinning and turning gray, with the triggerguard having much of the blue remaining.  Excellent wood and checkering.  Mint bore and mechanically excellent.  One of the nicest I have seen.
