.45-70 caliber, 32 5/8″ barrel, finished blue with casehardened breechblock and upper tang.   Full length walnut stock bearing the U.S. Inspector’s cartouche on the left side.  Retaining 99% original blue, bright case colors and minty wood.  Mint bore.   Appears unissued.  Serial range 462xxx.
